Rules and regulations are often interpreted and explained differently depending on the situation and the individuals involved. To maintain clarity and consistency, "iamatc" considers OJT (On-the-Job Training) valid only if it is conducted for 45 minutes or more, within the same sector, and under the same instructor.
Any session falling outside these parameters may be added to the OJT list by the ATS In-charge using the tools available in the In-charge module , but this will be solely at their discretion and risk. "iamatc" will not be responsible for such entries in any capacity.
